RSAR Project Director (August 2011)

Due to the size and complexity of the Reading Station Area Resignalling [RSAR], Paul proactively requested Network Rail’s Approval Panel to endorse the formation of a Project Safety Verification Group [PSVG]. Paul then chaired the PSVG meetings, providing guidance to the RSAR Project Team with regard to their safety submissions. Paul’s leadership in this process is the best I have experienced in my 10 years with Network Rail.
